Valentine's Day Rice Crispy Heart Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup vegan butter
- 2 10oz bags vegan marshmallows (we like Dandies)
- 1/2 t pure vanilla extract
- 8 cups crisped rice cereal
- YumEarth Valentine's Choco Yums™ Chocolate
- YumEarth Valentine's Organic Gummy Fruit Hearts
- Any additional topping that your heart desires!
Instructions:
- Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper. If you don't have this size, you can really use any. A smaller sized pan will yield taller treats and a larger sized pan will yield shorter treats.
- On the stove, melt your vegan butter and then add in your marshmallows, stirring frequently.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in your vanilla extract.
- Carefully pour your mixture into your lined baking pan, and use a spatula to even it out.
- Press your favorite allergy-friendly YumEarth Valentine's Day Candy onto the top of the treats.
- Let cool and enjoy!
