Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup sunflower seed butter
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup ground flaxseeds
- ¼ cup Choco Yums
- Optional sprinkle of cinnamon
- Optional splash of vanilla extract
