Ingredients:

• Pre-made allergy-friendly sugar cookies (Sweet Loren's Brand is a great choice)
• Pre-made allergy-friendly icing (A touch of Organic Butterfly Pea Powder can turn any white icing blue)
• YumEarth Gummy Bears
• YumEarth Licorice
• Optional: Brown sugar
• Optional: Cocktail umbrellas

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Place the pre-made sugar cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake the cookies according to the package instructions and let them cool completely.
4. Once cooled, decorate each cookie in a summer theme however you like! We used light blue icing for water, brown sugar for sand, cocktail umbrellas, and of course, YumEarth Licorice as rafts with YumEarth Gummy Bears on top!
5. Serve and enjoy these delightful allergy-friendly treats this summer!
