Chocolate Covered Candy Canes Recipe

Ingredients: 

Directions:

  1. Unwrap your YumEarth Holiday Organic Candy Cane and crunch up 2-3 with a heavy rolling pin or metal measuring cup. Set aside.
  2. Melt your chocolate chips using a double boiler or in 20 second increments in the microwave, stirring in-between and watching closely to not let it burn.
  3. Dip your Candy Cane in the melted chocolate and use a spatula to coat as needed.
  4. Set your Candy Cane down on parchment paper and immediately coat with your crunched up Candy Canes. Repeat with your remaining Candy Canes.
  5. Refrigerate your Chocolate Covered Candy Canes for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  6. Enjoy!
