Chocolate Covered Candy Canes Recipe
Get festive with this delicious allergy-friendly treat this holiday season!
Ingredients:
- YumEarth Holiday Organic Candy Canes
- 1 Bag of Allergy-Friendly Chocolate Chips (We love Enjoy Life!)
Directions:
- Unwrap your YumEarth Holiday Organic Candy Cane and crunch up 2-3 with a heavy rolling pin or metal measuring cup. Set aside.
- Melt your chocolate chips using a double boiler or in 20 second increments in the microwave, stirring in-between and watching closely to not let it burn.
- Dip your Candy Cane in the melted chocolate and use a spatula to coat as needed.
- Set your Candy Cane down on parchment paper and immediately coat with your crunched up Candy Canes. Repeat with your remaining Candy Canes.
- Refrigerate your Chocolate Covered Candy Canes for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy!
