"Amazing product. Great black licorice flavor, excellent consistency, just the right amount of sweetness. One caveat. . . . seal the bag well and make sure there is no air in it. This is not all that stable and will lose the licorice flavor and get hard rather quickly if not sealed up well. I assume that because there are not a lot of preservatives added to this. I purchased some at Erewhon and it was terrible, hard and flavorless. I'm buying it from the company direct now and I'm delighted by it."
