In 2007, YumEarth was just two dads on a mission to bring something sweet and simple into the world. In ten years our little mission has grown bigger than ever. The larger our business grows, the harder we strive to use the most honest ingredients, provide the best value for fans, and develop new and delicious products based as much on our own principles as they are on our customers’ feedback. And since we’re on the subject, we’d love to hear from you with suggestions on how we can improve and extend our happy family of tasty treats.
We try to keep our ingredients short and sweet.
We try to use only the simplest flavors, colors and ingredients, and steer clear from artificial ingredients. Always have, always will.
And since one of our founding dads suffers from a food allergy himself, we have a firsthand understanding of just how sensitive people can be to gluten, peanuts, dairy and other allergens. That’s why we work to change our ingredients to accommodate as many special dietary needs as we can, without compromising YumEarth's world-famous taste.

Currently all of our candies besides our gummy bears are certified USDA Organic with at least 95% organic ingredients. By the end of 2017, all of our products will be USDA Organic!
We strive to have all of our products be Project Verified Non-GMO. If you don’t see the label, we are usually in the process of getting Project Verified or are self-certifying.
Our products are gluten free, requiring under 20 parts per million or eliminating gluten all together.
Many of our products are already vegan, check individual products for more information and note our gummy bears are not vegan.
All of our pops and hard candies conform to the regulations of kashrut.
Our products are all treenut and peanut free.
When it comes to sustainability, we’re the whole package.
As a company whose chief concern is what we put in our products, it seems only natural we’d be equally concerned with how our packaging is made, as well. That’s why the majority of our packaging is being made in a factory designed and built to LEED sustainable building guidelines, on equipment powered by 100% wind-generated electrical energy. From two dads in a kitchen to the #1 Organic Candy Company in the U.S. It’s been a sweet ride!
Inspired by their organic lifestyles and the recent birth of their kids, our founding fathers (two young dads) began working on an organic candy product line.
Our first deliciously fruity organic lollipops were born!
We removed the sticks from our lollipops and created our first line extension: hard candy.
Gummy bears and gummy worms joined our growing family of tasty treats.
We introduced one of the industry’s first natural sour jelly bean shell, which led to our pucker-producing sour beans.
After two years of product innovation, our fruit snacks were launched to rave reviews from our growing customer base.
We set out to fill a void in the market for great-tasting, gluten-free licorice. Nailed it!
